Black Bean Mango Salsa

Perfect topping to a piece of pork or chicken! Or just enjoy with a bowl of tortilla chips. A nice summery, sweet but not too sweet treat....with the added protein boost of black beans!

1.5 cups cooked black beans
1 mango, seeded and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
JalapeƱo Pepper, seeded and chopped(size and amount depending on your heat preference)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 TB  fresh lemon Juice
2 TB fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Allow to mingle for at least 1 hour.
