1 loaf french bread, sliced into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp cajun seasoning(I use Emeril's Creole Seasoning, make your own or store bought)
1 TB dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 TB fresh grated Parmesan cheese
fresh ground pepper to taste
seasoning salt to taste
Spread evenly over slices of french bread
Broil until the edges are brown and topping is bubbling.
