Creamy Hot Buttered Rum

One of my favorite nightcaps!!
Single Serving, can be easily doubled to share with that special someone




2 TB vanilla ice cream
1 tsp butter
1 TB brown sugar, packed
nutmeg




Mix ice cream , softened butter, brown sugar and nutmeg in a mug,

add in hot (just under boiling) water and mix well.

..
Stir in 1 oz dark rum, stir

Sprinkle with a little allspice and enjoy!
