Yummy Homemade Butter in less than 10 minutes!
1 pint heavy cream
salt to taste
Place cream in food processor
Turn the processor on high and walk away for 5 minutes....or you can watch if you want LOL...
When you come back it will look like this:
Drain the whey and add your salt to taste, and whirl it again for another minute or so.
Drain it and remove the butter and place it in a bowl
Press out as much liquid as you can with the back of a spoon, or until your desired consistency
And ENJOY!!
1 pint yields about 8 oz butter
