2 cloves garlic
2 cups black beans drained and rinsed , liquid reserved
1 T lemon juice
3/4 t cumin
1/4 t cayenne
1/4 t paprkia
1 1/2 T tahini(optional)
salt to taste
Allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavors to mingle.
* also excellent with a brick of cream cheese blended in there!
